How do I create an account?

To create a new account on the website, you only need a valid email address to which you have access.

How can I place an order on the website?

To place an online order on the Site, the Client/Buyer must follow these steps:

  1. Add products to the cart by selecting the Add to Cart button whenever they identify Products they wish to order immediately. Added products will be displayed in the mini shopping cart at the top of the site.
  2. Select the payment method: online by card or cash, and specify if they want an invoice for their order.
  3. On the Order Confirmation page, the client can check the order details: order value, delivery type, delivery interval, delivery date, and payment method. After submitting the order or after the banking details have been verified by the Payment Processor, the Client receives a confirmation email at the email address associated with their account.

How are products delivered?

In-stock products are normally dispatched to the customer within 24 to 48 hours from the order validation date. For some products, delivery time may vary between 5-7 days, but this is specified on the product page.

For products that require pre-order or products out of stock, delivery will be made after they are received into stock.

Shipping cost is mentioned in the shopping cart (this applies to all orders delivered within Romania, within the courier company's coverage area).

For orders over 179.99 lei, shipping is FREE (for orders under 179.99 lei, the shipping cost is 25 lei).

If a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified to decide on the order. We deliver anywhere in Romania.

How do I pay?

The currently accepted payment methods are:

  • Card Payment
  • Cash on Delivery – 5 lei processing fee for cash on delivery via courier
  • Payment by Bank Transfer
